Quels profils seront indispensables pour le développement futur de votre société? Quelle stratégie mettez-vous en place pour disposer de ces profils? 

"Docler Holding is an IT company, so the majority of the profiles we look for are IT, development and product management related, we have vacancies constantly in these areas.

We have support functions in Luxembourg, like legal, HR, PR, finance, etc. and we have vacancies in those departments as well from time to time.

"Recruiting IT professionals is one of the biggest challenges for companies based in Luxembourg. This is a recurring topic at HR conferences.

In terms of IT recruitment, we were facing exactly the same issues as other companies in Luxembourg in the past.

  • difficulties to find the right people in terms of technical skills and personality
  • plenty of non-relevant job applications
  • rejected offers
  • competition

1.5 years after our own initial struggles, we not only filled in 90% of our vacancies but we launched our external recruitment services with the first client on board.

By the end of the first phase of our journey, we became a collaborator of our competitors to help the Luxembourgish HR community. 

How did we do it? By identifying the real challenges of IT recruitment, we outsmarted them with

  • personalized recruitment strategies
  • efficient and fast recruitment processes
  • bringing in Senior IT talents outside of Luxembourg
  • competent and passionate IT recruiters with their own networks

We have to ensure that we are competitive on a global level, since we are recruiting internationally. The key factors we can offer to our candidates: competitive salary, support with relocation, good atmosphere, multicultural environment, learning opportunities and challenging work; not mentioning the external and internal events organised by the company."
