The MNHA is hosting a new exhibition on Portugal-drawing the world.

The exhibition, full of extraordinary pieces loaned from the Museu nacional de arte antiga in Lisbon and other cultural institutes, retraces the history of this almost 900 year old country through its most eloquent legacy: the artistic heritage created between the Middle Ages and the dawn of the contemporary world. It retraces the history of this country, still emerging from a process of transculturality, and forged by the paths that led the Portuguese to four continents.
