Update on the proposed April 2017 UK non-dom changes and the new UK disclosure facility

The new EU procedural rights for suspects, accused persons and victims

EU legislation related to rights of victims, suspected and accused persons in criminal proceedings has long been debated in EU criminal law; however, the process of bringing EU legislation fully in line with the standards set by the European Court of Human Rights is in progress.
